From our humble beginnings eight years ago as a BPO department under the LTS Group, we’ve grown into a team of over 100 dedicated employees. A major milestone was reached in 2022 when we spun off as LTS Global Digital Services, becoming an independent entity in the LTS Group’s technology ecosystem.
Yesterday, LTS GDS proudly celebrated its second anniversary, which was highlighted by numerous achievements and memorable moments. We’ve successfully overcome initial challenges, collaborated with over 20 clients across Korea, Japan, the EU, and the US to deliver projects with a 94% customer satisfaction rate, and expanded our service offerings.
This incredible journey wouldn’t have been possible without our talented team, trusted clients, and leaders’ strategic vision. As we step into the next chapter, LTS GDS remains committed to overcoming challenges, embracing new opportunities, and driving towards our common goal of becoming a global leader in the tech sector by 2027.
